There are a trio of K Vitamins. K1 (phylloquinone), K2 (menaquinone) and K3 (dihydrophylloquinone). Fat soluble. X-rays, Radiation, Frozen Foods, Aspirin, Air Pollution and Mineral Oils all have an adverse effect on Vitamin E. High doses of Vitamin E can interfere with Vitamin K absorption. Excessive diarrhea can be a symptom of Vitamin K deficiency.
