Bananas

Mashed bananas are good for treating diarrhoea or dysentery, particularly in children.. Rich in potassium and chlorides. Good for skin and hair. Important to eat only ripe bananas. Some usages of bananas are thought to be for shifting a hangover because their three natural sugars – sucrose, fructose and glucose give the body an instant boost and their high magnesium content relax blood vessels that have become restricted through excess alcohol relieves any headache. Also for treating a verucca, tape the skin of a very ripe banana to the affected area and change every day; an antiviral substance should reduce the verucca’s size gradually.
