ELLEN IS THIRTEEN

When Ellen began her theatrical career
In the year two thousand and three
We thought she had talent enough
For one so young as she;
But soon came a fresh, creative surge
As a writer and poet began to emerge,
And later still another gift
She found she could run like a hare
As the easy breath and the muscles’s lift
Takes her to the goal waiting there.
As the days come and go
You will learn to know
That you have so much more
Than it is possible to show;
So always be sure
That the gifts in your store
You hold on to fast
And make progress to last
So that all the World can tell
That what Ellen does, Ellen does well.
