The captain of the Rugby Team must always be alert
\nHe represents the Team and the honour of their shirt;
\nSkill and concentration he uses as they battle with their foes
\nAnd nowhere must he waver ’til the final whistle blows.<\/p>\n
And when the game is over and the Captain can relax
\nShaking hands with foes, now friends, the forwards and the backs.
\nThere’s a feast of chips and fizzy drinks for lads who’ve battled through,
\nEach game a lesson learned to meet life’s challenges anew.<\/p>\n
The classroom’s like a Rugby game whee the captain needs to try as well,
\nApplying skill and concentration until the final bell;
\nWe are given brains and muscles to use and dedicate
\nTo help ourselves and others achieve a better state.<\/p>\n
